However, experience has tended to show that they do not, especially in conservatives, and really in anyone who has been in power so long that they feel entitled to it.<br /><br />In this case, the politicians do it because they can. The system permits it, and thus the system itself fails. Doctors, hospitals and clinics should tell them to "fuck off."
