Mick's (UPDATED WITH APOLOGY)
Today I finished assembling and painting this Old West building. I decided to style it as a hole-in-the-wall bar, run by an Irish immigrant.
EDIT: Sean rightfully points out below that "Mick" is often used as a slur against the Irish. I knew this, but had somehow completely forgotten it when I painted the building and blogged about it. I apologized for this embarrassing mistake in the comments, but I repeat it here for posterity: I'm genuinely sorry for my thoughtlessness. I'm leaving this post up as a reminder to myself to be smarter about this sort of thing.

I'm not sure an Irish person would call it Mick's, though...
Oh, gee whiz. You make an excellent point, Sean. I just picked a common Irish name, forgetting that certain communities use it as a slur against Irish people.
I just checked to see if maybe an Irish person might have named his bar as I did in the era of the Old West, but Merriam-Webster says the slur goes back as far as 1850.
That's my bad. I apologize to the Irish for my thoughtlessness, and I leave this post in place as a reminder to myself to be more careful.
Mick The Barber was my barber for a few years. That's what he called himself, and his place was Mick's. You can always repaint the sign.
Some famous saloons that are still standing and that you can visit (provided you want to be in the USA) include The Silver Dollar, The White Elephant, The Occidental, Big Nose Kate's, Crystal Palace, and the Pioneer Saloon. If the economy of lines to paint is a concern, then AL'S is seven brush strokes in total. CY'S is six, unless you paint the Y in two. I do not recommend X, even though that's just two strokes.
