Here's a picture of my paternal grandmother standing on a car at the entrance to Prince Albert National Park in June, 1941. Can anyone identify the make and model of the car?
I've been to Prince Albert a few times, but I'm not sure if I've ever been to its namesake national park. Something to add to the list . . .

It looks to me a lot like a Ford Model A sedan, probably 1930. A car you could stand on, to be sure. The Model A was the first Ford to have controls like we have in our cards today, although the first car to do that worldwide was probably a Cadillac. The previous Model T and others like it had controls that were easy to manufacture, but difficult for the driver to operate. That model A, which sold well in Canada, would have provided a luxurious ride through the park for the standards of the day.
Thanks a bunch, Jeff!
