Hububble: A PostModern/PreSpec Rap by E.J. Gummy Sean

What Up, Gum
Dubble Bubble, Toil and Trubble

Tossing Rubber Through the Rubble like I got a

telescope called Hubble

Fo' Shizzle the Floating Hubub of the Bubble

The works all gummed, irreason rules

More precious than the family jewels

Like gumballs flyin' through the air

balder than if you shampooed with Nair, yo

I'm a supplicant to plastic gods

My prayer's a shout-out to all the rods

that burst the bubble, Yo Yo Bubble
What up Gum, I'm Dubble Trubble

Not to be uncharitable about unsolicited compliments, but these comments came while I was composing the entry...a new form of spam? My rhymes - busted!

My apologies, then, and thanks for the feedback!

I am making a postscript generator. Come check out my blog!

Oh, but it has nothing to do with the postscript generator. that's for work and the intellectual property of Sperry Drilling Services, a division of Halliburton.

Still, it's pretty neat. It resizes the pages on the postscript file, based on the last drawn-to extents.

I'm such a geek but I'm so proud of my invention.

Earl,
Truly this is a blog of the highest quality. Wonderful use of the Woods family, sharp photography. Magnificent.

Liam, that sounds very cool, even if I can barely grasp what it is your application does. Maybe you should write up a more detailed description on your blog, if that wouldn't infringe upon a non-disclosure agreement of some kind...

Dylan, I can't tell how far your tongue is planted in your cheek, but I appreciate the comments one way or the other. ;) It's nice to know that people find this stuff at least moderately entertaining once in a while.

Don't be too apologetic to "Anonymous". That is in fact spam. It's a common phenomenon now. They're trying to get their Google rank up by posting comments that link to their site, since that's one of the big criteria for Google.

You should delete them if you can. Better yet, find some way to prevent them, like those "CAPTCHA" things (distorted graphic of a number or word that people have to enter).

Maybe look up "comment spam" to see if there are other suggestions.

When and where did you learn the phrase "fo shizzle?"

Have you been taking hip lessons?

-Nice rap-

I never argue with Mike when it comes to computer/Internet issues. After some research, I've discovered that comment spam has been going on for a couple of years now, and since I have no inclination to turn this Blahg into a billboard in the first place, I've deleted the comments with commercial links. I invite all legitimate commentary, of course.

No tongue in cheek at all. I laughed out loud at work and showed many co-workers the entry. One asked why Sean looked the way he does. I said, "Plays guitar in a death metal band."
'Nuff said.

Why is your family 500% cooler than mine? Why?

Mediocrely yours,
