The Painter’s Progress

Here's some 28mm furniture I painted today. The barrels and table probably look best, but the bookshelves were more ambitious. I'm still having trouble properly applying thin, even coats, and there are still tiny unpainted spots that really bug me. But little by little I'll get better.

Reminds me: I need to go to Chapters and buy more cadmium yellow books.

Honestly, your painting skills are levelling up so fast someday soon you can expect James Gurney to show up at your doorstep brandishing a hammer to break your fingers (on account of his jealousy of your nouveau mad art skilz).

Yeah, your stuff is looking really good! Those blank spots will be barely noticeable on the tabletop, and eventually you will get more comfortable with overlapping colours so it doesn’t happen.
