Beyond Meat?

I just sampled a Beyond Meat burger from A&W. while I don't think it beats a Teen Burger, it's better than I expected. I certainly support efforts to provide meatless alternatives, especially if they can match the taste of meat and meet or improve the nutritional value.

There's so much salt in Beyond Meat though. Fat content is about the same as beef, and with Beyond, you do get more fibre. Somewhat more calories than beef, but it depends on the serving. I guess Beyond Beef is easier on the environment than cattle ranching, but it's also much smaller scale right now.
